Single origin from Guatemala. Aged 30 days in a whiskey barrel and then roasted to order.
Not recommended for individuals with sensitivities to small amounts of mycotoxins. Although monitored, these beans do age for 30 days. Roasting eliminates between 69% and 96% of mycotoxins, but not all.
