KAFFEE42 coffee beans and flavors:
Naturally DO NOT CONTAIN GLUTEN.
HAVE A WELL BALANCED CONSISTENCY from carefully selected beans.
Are ROASTED FRESH shortly before shipping.
Are sourced from FDA approved roasters - MONITORED FOR MOLDS resulting in a reduced opportunity for mycotoxins.
The Cheap Competition
So why are big box store and warehouse outlet coffee beans so cheap compared to KAFFEE 42's selections? Answer: Because they buy sub-standard beans processed and stored as cheaply as possible! Often, their beans are roasted to the point of being burned so that the taste of contaminants or old beans is masked (we're looking at you, mermaid). Long story short: they minimize their costs to maximize their profits while simultaneously maximizing YOUR risk!
If you want the best tasting and healthiest coffee available, buy from a roaster that responsibly sources their beans like we do here at KAFFEE 42. Go back to coffee that tastes like, well, coffee. You do get what you pay for!

Coffee Spotlight
Tanzania
This medium-light roast coffee comes from the Mbeya Region of Tanzania. It is grown at an altitude of 1200-1900 meters in mineralized clay soil. The picked beans are washed and dried on raised beds. In our opinion, the resulting coffee has a bolder taste than a medium-light label might suggest. From one of our staff, the taste was described as sharp, but not unpleasant. We all agree though, an extra teaspoon of cream really helped make this cup a repeatable experience. Would recommend.
Our Personal Favorites
Brazil Santos - In our opinion, one of the smoothest coffees we've ever had. While we love the Mexico (below), this coffee is head and shoulders a smoother choice.
Mexico - A bold, smooth and delicious medium roast grown at altitude in Mexico.
World Blend - A bold dark blend of 6 coffees great as an espresso. As a French Press coffee, let it steep.
Sunda Islands - A delicious medium dark roast with hints of chocolate,
Great Plains Blend - A medium & dark roast blend with a robust, bold flavor profile. For coffee press, steep short for a milder taste or longer for a bold high brew ratio coffee.
